Ensure that you have all the necessary Hajj or Umrah documents needed throughout this journey. Attend seminars and learn more about Hajj so that you do not face any problems during the process. Inquire about carrying Zamzam water and how much weight you can carry altogether. Mark your bags with some signs so you can differentiate your bag easily from the other bags. While you are on the bus and getting on and off it, always check the bag/luggage you are carrying to ensure that all that you have packed is in place and every item is your own personal belonging. Do not panic if you break away from your group because it is very crowded and difficult to follow the tour guide; make your best effort to stick with your group. It is also wise to learn a few necessary and important Arabic phrases so that if you are in some sort of trouble you can at least communicate with the natives and get your basic message across.
